Shipping policy

Each item is handmade by me, and can take up to a week (or longer) for completion, depending on the volume of orders. During busy times of the year (holidays, etc.), please allow for 2-3 weeks for processing.

Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time.

At this moment, we are only taking pre-orders for shipping to the United States. Please sign up for our newsletter to stay up to date and to know when we begin taking international orders (feel free to send a message to twoechoescrochet@proton.me if you would like to add your location for consideration!).

SHIPPING
All items are packaged and shipped by Two Echoes Crochet via USPS Ground Advantage shipping with tracking.

All orders are shipping from Los Angeles County, CA, and the delivery time frame depends on where the order is being shipped to. During the holiday season, please expect holiday delays.

Please allow 7–14 business days for transit before delivery. All delivery times are estimates, and while we do everything in our power to ensure you receive your purchase in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee a specific arrival date. Please keep this in mind if time is critical. Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery.

All delivery times and dates are provided as approximate estimates only and are given from the time of dispatch, and NOT from the pre-order date. 

LOST/STOLEN ITEMS
I am not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Unfortunately, packages can get lost, mis-delivered, and/or stolen, especially during the holiday season! Please be sure to double then triple check the address you provide for shipping before you submit your order.
