Refund policy
Each item is handmade by me, and can take up to a week (or longer) for completion, depending on the volume of orders. During busy times of the year (holidays, etc.), please allow for 2-3 weeks for processing.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
All pre-order items must be paid in full before fulfillment on your item begins.
Since pre-order items are made-to-order, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
The full pre-order price includes a non-refundable deposit that is 50% of the item's price. If you'd like to cancel your pre-order, there is a 7 day cancellation window. The cancellation window begins after the pre-order window is over, because fulfillment will not be until pre-orders close.
If you cancel within 7 days, the 50% deposit will not be refunded. You will only receive 50% of the item's total price. After 7 days, your order cannot be canceled, and you will not receive any refund.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the handmade nature of the products I sell, returns or exchanges are not accepted at this time.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective*. If you encounter any issues with the item you purchased, please don't hesitate to contact me by email at twoechoescrochet@proton.me, and I will do my best to assist you in resolving the problem.
A product purchased on Two Echoes Crochet is eligible for parts replacement or return within the return period (within 10 days from the date of delivery) only if it fulfills any of the following conditions:
- Product delivered is different from what was ordered.
- Product was received in a physically damaged condition or was found defective when package was opened.**
*Every care has been taken to ensure that the product details are correct. Whilst the image is a true representation of the standard product, slight variation in color replication may occur due to lighting/flash during photography or your monitor settings. Return does not cover minor imperfections in the product that broadly meet design specifications nor imperfections that do not materially alter the Product’s functionality. Please keep in mind that all items are made by hand by me personally. Crochet cannot be replicated by a machine, so there will always be slight differences or imperfections in each item.
**Any product noticed as “Received in Physically Damaged Condition or Damage upon Delivery” has to be reported within 48 hours of product delivery, with valid images/video evidence of damage, to be eligible for a replacement. Any issues reported after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Two Echoes Crochet reserves the right to resolve any return request for In transit damaged part(s) / missing item(s) / wrong item delivered by sending a replacement of the affected part(s) within a stipulated time, free of cost. In case the item cannot be replaced (supplies are out of stock or are not available), return and full refund will be initiated.
